How will I know the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase?

At Vroom, we want to be sure you’re as comfortable as possible with purchasing your vehicle, as we know this is a big decision.

Every Vroom vehicle must pass safety, mechanical and cosmetic inspections before it is listed for sale. In addition, every vehicle we sell has an accident-free CARFAX vehicle history report at the time of purchase and sale. More on that here.

Every vehicle has several photographs of everything from the exterior to the interior to what's under the hood, so you are seeing the ins and outs of the specific car you’re interested in.  We don't use stock images, nor do we adjust the photographs in any way.

Because these are pre-owned vehicles, there will be some normal interior and exterior wear and tear. To be as transparent as possible, we provide photographs of the most prominent cosmetic imperfections. We may not have a picture of every imperfection that is present on a vehicle. Additional imperfections, if any, are typically consistent with what we would deem normal wear and tear for a vehicle of its age and mileage. We price the cars accordingly to ensure you get a quality car at a really good price.

We also provide current information regarding open safety recalls. For more information about safety recalls, click here.
