How do you schedule my delivery?

Once we have received your funds and approved your signed contract, our Fulfillment Team will book your vehicle for transport with our network of trusted carriers.

Vroom will email you an estimated date of delivery when your vehicle is ready to be transported. As soon as your vehicle is on its way, we will email you again with an updated delivery date.

If you have any circumstances that would interfere with the delivery, please let us know by calling (832) 947-9950.
